Construction of a new International Airport Terminal building covering 60,000 m2 over 3 floors with facilities including check-in, security, passport control, customs, baggage handling system with fully automated hold baggage screening, restaurants, bars, duty free shopping and lounges.There are 5 aircraft boarding bridges, airline offices, airport management and operational personnel within the terminal building.

Construction of new 80,000 m2 air-side aircraft apron and taxi-way in PQ concrete and asphalt, construction of land-sidecar parking facilities, access roads, pedestrian walkways, new fire and potable water supply and storage facilities, sewerage and storm-water drainage, LV unit substations (2 ) and 1600 KVA transformers (4)
